The first issue of Handkerchief explores the concept of Absence. The forgotten story of the “Arrusi” - Italian homosexuals restricted on the Tremiti islands during Fascism - is narrated through the original mugshots and the contemporary pictures taken by the members of Collettivo Domino.
Handkerchief 2 is on Excess. The second issue of the magazine shows the content of the exhibition “Linea de Vida – Museo Travesti del Peru”, held for the first time in Europe in Brussels in 2015 and curated by the Peruvian curator Miguel Lopez.
The third issue of Handkerchief is on Spontaneity and analyzed various forms of art - such as theatre, writing, .. - as an emancipation instrument to communicate and share the own sexual identity.
